If You Want Something
If you want something, make the effort to actually do it.
I'm constantly on a yoyo diet and I had enough of it. I want to bring back that time when I lost the weight without me noticing it simply because I was making healthier choices. I hardly eat out and didn't eat any sweets. Suddenly I just drop to 103lbs, my lowest weight. It's been 3 years and I haven't kept up with it. So now, I've decided that I will make the effort to do something and hopefully reach my goal before mid this year. I plan to:
- Limit myself to a slice of bread a day
- Cook and pack lunch everyday
- If I get lazy, I can always grab a yogurt or tuna
- Cook dinner
- Stay away from desserts
