Caramel Pecan Cheesecake


I used to not like cheesecake. The fact that I'm eating like a whole block of cheese makes me sick. But overtime I acquired the taste and slowly fell in love with it. Usually I'll have the blueberry but I want to deviate from the usual and thought this recipe would be a good alternative.
