I've always been a fan of small bags ever since I started collecting them. I like how easy it is to carry around and you can get your errands done and go a friend's party without the hassle of carrying something big and bulky.

Though most of what I have are in blacks and browns, I still like the idea of carrying brights and pastels especially for Spring and Summer. It just adds a nice touch of color to the outfit especially on those days when you feel like wearing something a bit more simple like a little black dress.

It's the perfect barely there heels that everyone is wearing, from the reins of the street style to celebrities like Rihanna and Charlize Theron. Though I can barely walk in this heels, I still think it's a very classic sandals that you can wear all year round.

Do It With Passion or Not At All

I'm not going to lie. There are many times where I felt so intimidated in the world of advertising, simply because you have to know so much in order to be credible. It's an industry that excites me next to fashion yet after almost four years, I knew I still have a lot to learn.

I thought about moving to a different industry, perhaps to the client side or pursue my interest in fashion journalism. But something still dawn on me, I still love what I do. And though there are several times where my interest in this has fall off short, I reminded myself of why I fell in love with it in the first place.

Sometimes because of the challenges we encounter, we find that it's easier to just give up and pursue something else. But before you do, ask yourself. Is that what you really want? Will you be happier? Because let's face it, wherever you are, whatever career you decide to pursue, you'd still encounter challenges. You can't escape from that and you can't just give up all the time.

It takes a lot of passion to continuously do what you love to do yet at the same time, it must strong enough that you'll take it upon yourself to learn more about it. Progress will then take place and you'll see yourself succeed.

If you haven't notice just yet, I have been lusting for shoes as of late from Jenni Kayne D'Orsay Flats, Valentino Rockstud Leather Pumps to L.A.M.B Oxley Heels. Adding to this is this beauty right here, the Alexander Wang Sonja Printed Ankle Strap Pumps.

What I like about most about this heels is it's unique print and straps. The combination of white and maroon gives it an edgy look yet at the same time, the pointed heels and straps makes it look sophisticated. It also has the right amount of height so you can walk on it all day without any strains on your feet. It definitely stylish and hello it's Alexander Wang, you can't go wrong with it.

It's Your Road and Yours Alone

When I was a little girl, I looked up to my sister so much that I told myself when I grow up I want to be just like her. Meaning I wanted to go in to the same university as her and basically have the same life as her. But then I remember vividly when I shared that to our school counselor, she told me something like we all live a different life and you can't expect yours to be the same as hers.

That started to make sense when I got in to a different university and several instances whereby I felt like it's not going to be the same. So I focused on what I'm interested in and then slowly build the kind of life I wanted from there.

I realize from then on that no one really cares whether you opt to go this way or that way, because it's not their life and they themselves are busy doing their own thing. So if you want to go after something, you can't expected them to do it for you and you can't rely on them either. Because in the end, no one will help you except yourself.

That's why it's very important to know what you want. Take the time to listen and know yourself better. I figured out mine when I went to Europe. And if it means for you to do the same and I encourage you to do so. Remember, it's your road and yours alone.

Ever since I spotted these in Garance Dore, I couldn't take my eyes off them. They are the perfect edgy pointed toe flats that can go with just about anything. And it also comes in a wide range of colours, from yellow, teal, purple to the classic black and nudes.

But if you find that these are a bit pricier that you would normally pay for a shoe then why not consider those from Chinese Laundry or Steve Madden. They are equally as good and definitely won't break the bank.

I figured that these Wildfox Couture Sweaters are absolutely cute to wear in case you decide to spend the night in on valentines day. Accompanied with a couple of romantic comedy dvds, my favorites are Something Borrowed and The Ugly Truth and maybe a pint of Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough (it won't hurt trust me) and you're all set. It sounds like something I would do myself but that's just a suggestion.

Long Holiday

Hey ladies! How are things going for you?

I hope you're all enjoying the amazing shows from New York Fashion Week Fall and Winter 2013. My favorites so far are Kate Spade, Zac Posen and Alice + Olivia. I would die to wear those clothes all year round. Lucky for me I have all the time to keep up with the shows as I've been on a holiday since Saturday and don't resume work till Friday. And no, I'm not on some fancy holiday trips in fact, I've been home relaxing and just enjoy my free time doing whatever I want.

So far I've been drowning myself in coffee, reading You Had Me At Hello and watching non stop of 90210 season 3. Totally unproductive but that's my way of killing time and enjoying my staycation while I still have it, at least for a day and a half more.

Spring Reading List

I notice that I've been reading a lot more books lately ever since I got my new kindle. It's just so easy to use and I'm sure most of you who loves to read also own one. I realize that ever since I had it, I'm always on a look out for new books to read. So recently, I've discovered an already existing genre and wondered why I've never thought of reading it before. Contemporary Romance, ring a bell? Not the Fifty Shades of Grey kind, but just pure romance in itself. I guess I've dwelled on chick lit long enough that I decided to read something new and with my first attempt I wasn't disappointed. So for this Spring, I've pull out some books at are on my list.
